6. Affiliate Program
ALPHA GL may operate an affiliate program allowing approved partners to promote klicca.media in exchange for commissions on qualifying sales. The affiliate program is managed through the third-party platform Affonso, which may handle affiliate registration, tracking, reporting, tax or payout information, and commission payments according to its own terms and policies.
Participation in the affiliate program is subject to prior approval. ALPHA GL may accept, refuse, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion, including in case of fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, breach of these terms, or activity that may harm the reputation of klicca.media.
Commissions are due only on valid, tracked, non-refunded qualifying purchases attributed through the affiliate tracking system. Unless otherwise stated in the affiliate dashboard or a written agreement, commissions are calculated on net revenue actually received, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, payment processor fees, and platform fees. Tracking may rely on affiliate links, cookies, referral codes, or metadata managed by Affonso. ALPHA GL is not responsible for commissions that cannot be attributed because of blocked cookies, deleted cookies, browser restrictions, incorrect links, or technical limitations outside its reasonable control.
Affiliates must provide accurate identity, tax, invoicing, and payout information when requested by Affonso or ALPHA GL. Payouts are processed through Affonso and may be subject to minimum thresholds, payout schedules, compliance checks, tax documentation, refund periods, and other conditions displayed in the affiliate dashboard or required by law. ALPHA GL does not guarantee direct manual payouts outside the approved affiliate platform.
Affiliates may not engage in self-referrals, fake accounts, cookie stuffing, spam, unauthorized email campaigns, misleading claims, impersonation of ALPHA GL or klicca.media, use of prohibited or illegal traffic sources, coupon abuse, resale of accounts, or bidding on protected brand terms such as "klicca" or "klicca.media" without prior written permission. Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, platform, tax, and data protection laws.
Affiliates act as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, representatives, or legal partners of ALPHA GL. ALPHA GL may modify the affiliate program, commission rates, eligibility rules, prohibited practices, or payout conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated conditions.
