    • Images uploaded or downloaded for analysis (deleted automatically after 30 days).
    • Video files processed for thumbnail generation (deleted immediately after processing).
  • Payment Data: Handled entirely by our partner Polar.sh. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Affiliate & Referral Data: Referral links, cookie identifiers, attribution data, and related commission tracking information handled through Affonso when you visit klicca.media through an affiliate link.

4. Purpose of Processing

We process your data to:

  • Provide and maintain our AI thumbnail analysis service.
  • Manage your account and subscriptions.
  • Send transactional emails (billing, password resets).
  • Improve our service via anonymous analytics.
  • Track affiliate referrals and manage commission attribution.

5. Third-Party Processors & Data Transfers

To provide our service, we share limited data with the following processors, some located outside the EEA (transfers are secured via Standard Contractual Clauses):

  • OpenRouter: For AI processing of thumbnail analysis (images are sent for temporary analysis).
  • Polar.sh: For billing and subscription management.
  • Resend: For transactional email delivery.
  • Google Analytics: For traffic monitoring (subject to your cookie consent).
  • Affonso: For affiliate referral tracking, attribution, reporting, and commission-related processing (subject to your cookie consent where required).
